Every session agrees.
Plan limits arrive with each reply, and each session hears only its own. The mod keeps the newest reading in one small file, so every open session shows the same 5-hour and weekly figures within ten seconds.
Claude Code mod · v1.0.0 · free and MIT
A pixel crab lives above your Claude Code prompt, beside your context window, 5-hour limit and weekly limit. He gets nervous as they fill, levels up while you work, and spends the coins you earn on hats.
He jumped down into the band. Scroll up and he jumps back.

This window runs the mod's real drawing and game code. Type anything and press Enter. The crab thinks, then writes, and every reply moves the bars and earns XP. Drag the window's right edge to watch the band fit any width.
Ask for anything. Nothing leaves this page; the replies are canned.

Level curve
Level L needs 50 × L × (L − 1) XP
Each level costs 100 XP more than the last. Daily use reaches level 10 in about a week and level 50 in about seven months.
Each day with a turn adds one to your streak. Every seven days earns a rest day, up to two, which covers a day off.
Each one is worth 50 XP and 25 coins.
04ShopWebGL fitting room
Every 1,000 tokens Claude writes earns a coin, plus 100 for each level and 25 for each badge. Spend them on 30 things for the crab across seven slots. Hover to try something on, then click to buy it with the coins you earned above. He wears it everywhere on this page.
These coins are pretend and live only on this page. In the mod, /usage-hud shop opens the same shelf as a panel, and the coins come from your real work.
05BackdropsOrdered dither
On the band each backdrop sits at half strength, so the figures stay easy to read.
Pines on low hills, with fireflies after dark.
06Under the hoodSystems
Plan limits arrive with each reply, and each session hears only its own. The mod keeps the newest reading in one small file, so every open session shows the same 5-hour and weekly figures within ten seconds.
Every six hours the mod asks GitHub's public tag list for a newer release. Press the button and it fast-forwards its own folder to that one tag. It never moves a repository it was copied into, and never overwrites your changes.
In the terminal the band is plain text, with a face that matches his mood. It gives things up in the same order as the desktop band when the window narrows.
Your level, coins and the last readings live in one small file under your Claude Code config, shared by every session and project. The only network call is that tag check, with no account and no token. Set CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_NONESSENTIAL_TRAFFIC to turn it off.
07Reel60 fps · motion-blurred
Every frame of the reel is drawn by the mod's own art code, then rendered with eight motion-blur samples and scored to the cut.
